Just another stiff fat lifeless ski that will not hold an edge. I am 5'9", 230lbs, expert skier that has been skiing 60 to 70 days a year for 60 years now. I have always loved blizzard skis, ever since my skiing ability took off in the 70s skiing on 210 Blizzard instructors. I bought Rustler 10s to replace my Cochise. I chose them over the Anomally because the Rustler 10s are supposed to be softer than the Anomally. I want these skis for skiing bumps and trees. So far I am not impressed as they are so stiff that they just bounce off everything in their way. The rocker at each end shortens the ski considerably, so they won't hold and edge either, but I did not buy these skis to do that either. The manufactures need to stop focusing on making every ski rock hard to the tip doesn't flutter. Mind you it wasn't the best snow year for these skis. My Cochise work just fine. I can cruise around on them, plus the butter just fine in the bumps and trees. Should have bought a second pair of those when they were still available. I will be trading these in next season.
